in the following page you will find useful information to understand the purposes and methods of processing your personal data as a guest at our houses and rooms, in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (“GDPR”) .

PURPOSE

As managers of holiday homes, rooms, apartments for tourists, we are legally obliged to communicate to the Police the data of all the people we host, through a web procedure. For this reason, we are required, upon arrival of the guests, to collect the data. We are also required to communicate part of this data to the Region and the Municipality, again through online procedures. Finally, your data will be used by us for the financial invoices referring to the payments made by you for our accommodations. Your data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for such registrations. Personal data are processed in full compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments. We do not use the data of our guests for any advertising / information purposes.

Browsing on our site we do not request any of these data. For any sites to which we redirect, check the specific privacy policies which may be different to ours.

WHAT DATA WE ARE REQUIRED TO COLLECT

In order to provide you with detailed information about the data we are required to collect for each guest staying with us, you will find the specifications for each authority below:

1. Police: name, surname, date of birth, sex, nationality, place of birth, type of document, place of issue of the document, document number, apartment where you stay, type of “guest” (eg single, family, group), date of arrival and number of nights.
2. Liguria Region: If you are an Italian guest, your province of residence, if foreigners your country of residence, how many people arrived / left for each day.
3. Municipality: n. nights and n. guests
4. For the invoices and tax receipts: name, surname, address, city, province, country, VAT number (if communicated), tax code (for Italian customers).
