LIGURIAN COOKING

Typical Ligurian cooking is a cuisine with flavors of land and sea. Many Ligurian recipes were created by the expert hands of mothers and grandmothers following the logic of "do not throw anything away", reusing leftovers. Oil is the protagonist of this sunny land, and also many kinds of aromatic herbs such as basil, sage, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, laurel, mint and borage thrive.
