CANCELLATION
Standard: free cancellation (and full refund of the bank transfer) up to 30 days before the arrival date. After this date, 100% penalty.
Low season: (Nov; Jan; Feb; Mar; excluding holidays): free cancellation up to 10 days before the arrival date. After this date, 100% penalty.

Each guest who stays in our houses/rooms accepts and takes note of the Purposes and Methods of processing personal data, in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (“GDPR”). Specifically, as you can learn by consulting the appropriate in-depth analysis, your personal data are collected exclusively for the purposes of the law to which we are necessarily required, i.e. for the registrations of all our guests on the website of the State Police, of the Region. and the Municipality. We do not use your data for any advertising or information purposes.
Your data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for such registrations.

REGULATION
With reference to the above, the guests who stay overnight in our rooms and houses must necessarily be those indicated at the time of booking and registration. It is therefore not possible to invite other guests and occupy the accommodation for a greater number of people, unless specifically requested and consequent correct registration and payment of the difference.
